Minsheng Chen is a senior chef with more than 18 years of experience in the catering industry. He has a deep understanding and practice of various Asian cuisine styles such as Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. After he joined the Golden Partner Restaurant Group (GPRG), he managed a large buffet restaurant with an area of more than 10,000 square feet for a long time, and have accumulated rich experience in team management and kitchen operations. He is currently the deputy executive chef of the GPRG.
